Round 1:

The opening round produced everything bowls fans love about Premier League Queensland, a nail-biting three-shot finish, and an 82-all draw between Tweed Heads and Burleigh Heads that set the tone for the weekend.

Round 2:

Sunday morning wrapped up Weekend One with another six entertaining contests. Broadbeach and Algester completed a flawless three-win weekend, Musgrave Hill edged Tweed Heads in one of the closest contests of the round, and Kawana finished strongly with a convincing victory over Hamilton.

Pine Rivers, Kawana, and Burleigh who also havent lost a match with 2 draws and a win round out a tightly packed top five. The chasing pack remains well within striking distance with plenty of action still to come.
