Round 11 has wrapped up, the final ladder is set, and the five teams chasing the 2026 Premier League Queensland title have officially been confirmed.

After an action-packed regular season, Tweed Heads, Broadbeach, Algester, Pine Rivers and Helensvale have secured their place in Finals Weekend, where one team will lift the Premier League Queensland trophy.

Tweed Heads Claim Minor Premiership

Tweed Heads finished the regular season on top of the ladder after defeating Club Maroochy 82–66 in Round 11, securing the Minor Premiership heading into finals.

The Ospreys have been one of the competition's standout teams all season, consistently finding ways to collect crucial rink points and finishing the home-and-away campaign in first place.

Broadbeach continued its strong finish to the season, while Helensvale produced one of the performances of the round with a statement victory over Pine Rivers to secure its spot in the top five.

The biggest heartbreak came for Burleigh Heads, whose finals hopes ended after a last-round defeat to Kawana, opening the door for Pine Rivers to complete the finals lineup.
