2026 Premier League Queensland Draw Released

The countdown is officially on! Premier League Queensland is excited to unveil the official draw for the 2026 season, with another action-packed competition set to begin on Friday, 21 August.

Featuring 12 of Queensland's premier bowls clubs, the 2026 season promises six weeks of elite competition, fierce rivalries and plenty of exciting matchups as clubs battle for a place in the Finals Series.

The opening round will see:

• Tweed Heads vs Burleigh Heads

• Musgrave Hill vs Broadbeach

• Club Maroochy vs Kawana

• Helensvale vs Paradise Point

• Pine Rivers vs Algester

• Hamilton vs Red Hill

  
  

With matches played across Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings, fans will have plenty of opportunities to follow the action throughout the season.

After 11 rounds, the top five teams will advance to the Finals Series, beginning on Saturday, 26 September, before the 2026 Premier League Queensland Grand Final takes place on Sunday, 27 September.

The 2026 season also welcomes the return of Kawana Thunder, who secured their place after winning the PLQ Qualifier earlier this year, ensuring another highly competitive field from Round 1 through to the Grand Final.
